According to customer experience, EDP paint shop, NG work is approximately 1-2% of the total work produced (Normal cases are acceptable).There are 2 types of painting parts: 1. Internal parts spraying. Not showing the surface of NG work that occurs is about 1-2% like EDP work. 2. Spray parts outside the show surface NG that occurs is about 10-20%. The reason that type 2 has more NG than others because it is outer surface show which is very serious, the grain of dust or the slightest trace will be sorted into all NG work. Repair methods of EDP plating and painting work are available in 2 ways: 1. Peeling off the paint and bring it back to work from the first process with the following steps: 1. Pretreatment (washing, preparing the surface) 2.Coating (plating, spraying) 3.Baking (baking) repair work in type 1 takes a lot of time to repair as double of normal operation, because it takes time to peel the old skin off and put it back into the new process from the beginning. And repair work Type 2 is to spray over the NG work. Repair work type 2 must mix paint, spray paint and spray on the spot where each repair spray if the wrong ratio color mixing or adjusting the gun. Wrong spray paint will result in uneven color shade and smoothness is not the same. Therefore, this process requires only skill and skilled workers for spraying.
